about
In 2017, Enochian had just released the Evolution EP which brought us upon the echelon to open for national acts. Nova, Blame Shift, Dyschronometria and Convulsions were among the first four songs written in this specifically odd tuning that I somehow came up with. Nova, in its earliest stages, had an intro, verse, and chorus. Following the second verse, I transitioned to changing the bpm and going into a completely drastic changeup in the writing (which ended up becoming the intro for Convulsions later on). Since removing the drastic tempo change, I kept it at a steady bpm to further enhance the writing, I managed to complete this song by early 2022. It was incomplete for the past 5 years, and finding the inspiration to finish the song was an absolute nightmare to which I believed that when COVID was at its peak, never playing music again was the first thing that came to mind thus never completing the song at all. I am incredibly grateful to keep going and be able to release the songs instrumentally for your ears to enjoy. Thanks for reading and enjoy!
